The opportunity

The Enterprise Security Program is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex, global information security initiatives across EY. This role is designed for a project leader who can connect strategy to execution, bring together cross-functional teams, and drive outcomes that reduce enterprise risk while supporting business value and operational resilience.

The role requires strong leadership without direct authority, clear executive communication, and the ability to coordinate across Information Security, Member Firms, Enterprise Technology,



Client Technology, vendors, and other stakeholders.

Your key responsibilities

Lead complex integral information security programs and projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring scope, plans, milestones, risks, budgets and outcomes are actively managed.

Translate enterprise security objectives into clear execution plans that support business value, measurable benefits and risk reduction.

Coordinate cross-functional and geographically distributed teams across Information Security, Enterprise Technology, Client Technology, Member Firms, vendors and contractors.

Drive project governance, status reporting, issue escalation and decision-making with senior stakeholders and executive sponsors.

Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, dependencies and RAID items using project management platforms and tools such as MS Project, Azure DevOps or equivalent tools.
