Ferring is hiring a Team Lead Talent Acquisition for our Argentina Offices. We are looking for a reliable and energetic person who is eager to actively contribute to the talent acquisition function at Ferring.



Our mission is to tap on strong and diverse talent to meet our growth agenda. The focuses will be on the Argentina market with the potential to also support other Latin America counties.

The role is first and foremost a people manager—building capability and accountability across the TA team to deliver hiring outcomes (quality of hire, stakeholder experience, and speed). Secondly, your scope will be focused on managing end-to-end recruitment processes within our three sites, ensuring a positive candidate experience and strong alignment with internal stakeholders.

Our aspiration is that you act as a true partner in translating business needs when identifying talent, assessing competencies, coordinating pre-employment tasks, and onboarding processes, contributing to Ferring’s culture of excellence and growth.
