Detailed Job Description – GDS Geo Leader For a Region

The Geo and Delivery leadership roles form one first-line delivery family. The Geo Leader leads the full GDS Independence delivery portfolio for an assigned Region. A designated group of Delivery Leaders reports to the Geo Leader and translates the regional agenda into strong execution across selected processes, delivery teams and account responsibilities.

Geo Leader:

Portfolio leader for the Region: owns the integrated relationship, cross-process outcomes, priorities, capacity, escalation, value narrative and overall Speed, Quality and Experience.

Position summary





The Geo Leader is accountable for the entire GDS Independence delivery portfolio for an assigned Region. The Geo Leader acts as the senior GDS delivery interface, aligns priorities across processes, coordinates capacity and cross-process dependencies, owns material operational escalations and presents the consolidated value story.

Geo Leader in GDS will be responsible for selected processes, delivery segments and strategic-account portfolios within that Region, driving -lead Speed, Quality and Experience for the Regional and Country business teams.

Job responsibilities
- Deliver accurate, timely, consistent and stakeholder-centred GDS Independence services in accordance with approved General processes, controls and playbooks.
- Build close and trusted working relationships with Regional and Country Independence stakeholders and operate as an extended delivery partner to the Region.
