Job Description
The analyst will work side-by-side with the internal teams of one ofCRISIL clients, a Global Private Equity Firm in NY. The candidate will provide support to theVoice of the Customer team.
Voice of the Customer p roducecustomized surveys to understand consumer’s awareness, interaction andsatisfaction with products or brands.
Project management support
- Participate in interviews with the investment professionals in order to understand their survey needs and the goals of the projects
- Coordinate the communication and process between investment professionals and survey vendors
- Gather allinvestor feedback (e.g., required analysis) and communicate to internalteam and fieldwork partners
- Be on top of process management during the survey lifecycle: Check and document all critical survey milestones (e.g., linktesting, soft launch, critical items checklist)
- Communicate update to allstakeholders in frequent intervals to keep them informed





Survey analysis support
- Help analysing raw survey data usually generated by Qual trics, Q software, Marketsight or other surveyprograming tools
- Create data trail that other researchers can easily map back to charts
- Convertdata results into understandable tables and graphs in PowerPointpresentations.

Qualification
Bachelor Degree in Economics,Business Administration, Marketing or other relative degrees.
Skills required
- Excellentcommunication skills oral and written (Key skill)
- Highlevel of attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent Word, Spreadsheet and PowerPoint skills
- Abilityto work well under pressure, meet deadlines and handle large volumes of work
- Interestin surveys and data management is a plus
- Willingnessto stretch and work with integral clients
- Flexibilityand adaptability to change
- Ableto work in a team setup – very important
