Location & Work Schedule
Location: Remote - LATAM (Argentina, Brazil, Perú, Colombia)
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM CST/EST

Our Associate Recruiter is accountable for:
- Supporting full-cycle recruiting activities for high-volume hiring across multiple business lines and functions.
- Manage a high-volume workload of 15-20 active requisitions while supporting 2-3 client accounts simultaneously or in multiple locations.
- Maintain a consistent hiring cadence,



supporting 5+ candidate starts per week while meeting quality and service level expectations.
- Sourcing, screening, and engaging candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and Kelly's Applicant Tracking System, Bullhorn.
- Conducting recruiter screens to evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and overall alignment.
- Partnering closely with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs and ensure a consistent, fair, and inclusive selection process.
- Managing candidate communications throughout the recruitment lifecycle while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
- Maintaining accurate candidate records and recruiting activity within the Applicant Tracking System.
- Supporting recruiting metrics and reporting to help drive continuous process improvement.
- Building talent pipelines to proactively support current and future hiring needs.
