Project Coordinator - Inbound Growth
About the role
As an Project Coordinator - Inbound Growth, you will make an impact by converting marketing-generated demand into active customer adoption and qualified business opportunities. You will serve as a critical link between marketing, customers, partners, and sales teams, ensuring inbound opportunities are efficiently qualified, onboarded, and routed to the appropriate stakeholders.
You will be a valued member of the growth and operations team and work collaboratively with sales, marketing, partner ecosystem teams, and customer stakeholders.
In this role, you will:
- Act as the first point of contact for inbound leads generated through marketing campaigns, events, and digital channels related to enterprise AI database solutions.
- Qualify customer needs, assess use cases, and guide prospects through onboarding and adoption processes.
- Identify and qualify database modernization and cloud migration opportunities, routing validated opportunities to field sales teams for further engagement.
- Manage partner operations activities,



including deal registrations, private offer coordination, and partner credit allocation processes.
- Ensure operational excellence through accurate CRM management, process execution, and timely follow-up with customers and partners.

Work model
We believe hybrid work is the way forward as we strive to provide flexibility wherever possible. Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 2 days per week in the office located in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Office attendance is expected on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
