We are looking for a B2B Marketing & Communications professional to lead our marketing and communications strategy, strengthen BARBUSS' global brand positioning, and support business growth.

Responsibilities:
- Define and execute BARBUSS' B2B marketing and communications strategy, strengthening our general brand positioning.
- Create high-quality, multiformat content for digital channels, including LinkedIn, website, newsletters, and other communications.
- Develop clear and compelling value propositions tailored to different target audiences.
- Track, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing initiatives and KPIs, turning data into actionable insights.
- Manage the marketing budget,



ensuring resources are allocated efficiently.
- Research, propose, and implement new marketing initiatives that support business growth.
- Ensure all marketing materials are aligned with BARBUSS' brand voice and visual identity.
- Apply agile marketing principles to prioritize high-value projects and continuously improve results.
- Work closely with commercial and leadership teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
- Take ownership of projects, identify opportunities for improvement, and proactively drive initiatives forward.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in B2B marketing or a similar role.
- Advanced English level, written and verbal, required for cross-market communication.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
