POSITION: Senior IT Systems Administrator & Team Lead
Location: Remote (Open to Integral Talent)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 08:00 AM – 05:00 PM (EST) (Shift might be adjusted to ensure 24-hour coverage)
Compensation: 3000 - 4000 USD/month

Note: Independent contractor position

WE'RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO HAS:

* Leadership & Supervision: Supervise, mentor, and guide junior and mid-level IT support technicians (L1/L2); manage ticket queues, escalation workflows, and service delivery quality.
* L3 Escalations & Advanced Support: Serve as the senior escalation tier for complex, unresolved technical issues spanning Windows environments, cloud infrastructure, and network architecture.
* System & Infrastructure Administration: Design, maintain, and secure Active Directory, Microsoft 365/Azure environments, domain policies, and core network configurations.




* Network & Security Operations: Oversee enterprise networking components including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, firewalls, routing, Wi-Fi, and VoIP systems.
* Backup & Disaster Recovery: Lead maintenance, strategy, and troubleshooting for client backup and disaster recovery solutions (Veeam, Backup Exec, etc.).
* Process & Documentation: Develop technical documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and escalation playbooks for the engineering team.
* Client & Executive Communication: Act as a technical point of contact for key escalation clients and ensure SLA adherence across business and educational accounts.
