POSITION: CRM Coordinator
Location: Remote (LATAM or Philippines Preferred)
Schedule: Monday to Friday; 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (EST)
Compensation: 1500 USD/month

Note: Independent contractor position

WE'RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO HAS:

* Previous experience in operations, quality control, auditing, coordination, administration, or a similar role.
* Excellent written English communication — this is a critical requirement.
* Strong verbal communication skills and confidence communicating with a remote team.
* Excellent attention to detail and the ability to quickly recognize when something doesn't look right.
* Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving abilities.
* Comfortable handling exceptions rather than simply following instructions.
* Highly organized, reliable, and self-directed.
* Able to manage recurring daily responsibilities consistently without constant supervision.
* Comfortable working with software systems and learning new platforms quickly.
* ServiceTitan experience is a plus, but not required.
* HVAC industry experience is not required; we can teach the business context.
