About This Role: We are hiring a Project Manager to help organize
projects, improve Asana workflows, and keep teams accountable. You
will work across departments to clean up processes, track deadlines
and action items, and make sure important tasks and recurring work
are completed on time. Key Responsibilities: Own and improve Asana
workflows, including project structures, task ownership, deadlines,
dependencies, recurring processes, templates, and accountability.




Review workflows, SOPs, and business processes to identify gaps,
bottlenecks, missed handoffs, and opportunities for improvement.
Manage cross-functional projects from planning through completion,
coordinating stakeholders, tracking deliverables, following up on
blockers, and escalating issues when needed. Turn repeatable
processes such as onboarding, launches, events, reporting cycles,
and operational routines into clear and trackable Asana workflows.
Support different departments based on business priorities,
including wholesale, sales, creative, finance, logistics, and
operations. Facilitate project meetings as needed, document
decisions and action items, and ensure next steps are assigned and
completed. Maintain SOPs, project documentation, status updates,
and other operational resources as a reliable source of truth.
