Position Overview




We are looking for a Video Editor to create high-performing paid social video ads for Nysonian's brands. You'll work with raw footage and turn it into compelling ads optimized for platforms like Meta, TikTok, and YouTube. This role is focused almost entirely on editing performance marketing creative that drives purchases and scales spend.

What You Will Do
- Edit and produce high-quality video assets across social media, paid ads, websites, and campaign initiatives.
- Craft compelling narratives with strong hooks, pacing, and platform-optimized storytelling techniques.
- Transform UGC, influencer content, and brand footage into polished, performance-driven deliverables.
- Integrate motion graphics, captions, music, and sound design to elevate overall content quality and engagement.
- Convert long-form content into high-performing short-form formats (TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts).
