RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage Worker Documentation: Ensure that all employee records, personal files, and documentation are complete, current, and properly maintained. This includes contractual information,



banking details, legal documents, certifications, leave records, benefits, and any changes in employment status. Guarantee compliance with local data protection regulations and internal confidentiality policies. (employees, interns, apprentices, third parties)
- First contact for employees. Act as the primary point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries, concerns, or operational issues. Analyze each situation, identify underlying problems, and collaborate with relevant departments to develop shared, effective, and sustainable solutions, while ensuring clear communication and respectful support.
- Manages day to day HR Operations in country and partners with local leadership ensure delivery of HR services.
- Recruiting (A-Grades and EG grades, apprentices, interns). Coordinate the entire process: profile alignment, interviews, and offer letter.Local Onboarding
