About the Role
This is a new position created to support the continued growth and maintenance of their insurance agency database.
We’re looking for a Data Entry Specialist to help maintain and expand an insurance agency database. You’ll be responsible for keeping company and contact information accurate, complete, and up to date so the team can effectively support marketing and lead generation efforts.
This role is a great fit for someone who is highly detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working independently.



You’ll work with spreadsheets and CRM/database systems while learning insurance-specific terminology, classifications, and processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Update and maintain insurance agency and agent information, including staff names, job titles, departments, email addresses, LinkedIn profiles, and affiliations.
- Add and update insurance-specific information such as tags, carrier affiliations, and SIC codes.
- Review existing records to identify missing, outdated, or inaccurate information.
- Research and correct data discrepancies to ensure database accuracy.
- Work with spreadsheets and CRM/database systems to organize, track, and maintain updates.
- Manage approximately 5–10 accounts per day, depending on the size and complexity of each account.
- Document updates thoroughly and follow established processes to maintain data consistency.
