As a Deals Financial Due Diligence Manager, you will provide strategic advice and business diligence services to clients involved in mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures. You will be responsible for analyzing financial information, focusing on quality of earnings, assets, cash flows, and other key client deal issues. As a Manager, you will enhance your leadership style by motivating, developing,



and inspiring others to deliver quality. You will coach and leverage team members' unique strengths, manage performance to meet client expectations, and identify opportunities that contribute to the success of our firm. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Buenos Aires, you will take ownership of projects, confirming their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. You will collaborate with team leadership to validate collective ownership of quality, timelines, and deliverables.
