The Role
Infovista is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to support the growth of its Network Testing and Network Planning solutions portfolio across North America.
This role combines customer-facing commercial responsibilities with a strong understanding of mobile network technologies and operator environments. The successful candidate will manage a portfolio of volume business opportunities, drive proactive business development and prospecting activities, and support existing customers in identifying new use cases and expansion opportunities.
We are looking for individuals who bring practical telecom expertise and can engage customers on both business and technical topics. The successful candidate should be capable of independently managing a large proportion of smaller opportunities from qualification through close, while working collaboratively with Account Directors, Marketing, and Solution Engineering teams on larger or more complex engagements.

Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage a portfolio of existing customers, driving recurring revenue growth and customer retention.




- Generate and qualify new opportunities through prospecting, inbound lead follow-up, marketing campaigns, and customer outreach.
- Engage telecom operators, vendors, and ecosystem partners to identify business and technical needs.
- Manage smaller opportunities independently through the full sales cycle, including discovery, qualification, demonstration, proposal coordination, commercial discussions, and close.
- Identify upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities within the installed customer base.
- Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting, and customer information within CRM systems.
- Collaborate with Account Directors on larger strategic opportunities and account development activities.
- Work closely with Renewals, Solution Engineering, Marketing, Professional Services, and Customer Support teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
