After-sales Engineer for Central & South America (Based in Mexico or Argentina)

Work Location

Permanent station in Mexico or Argentina; short-term business trips to other Central and South American countries to resolve CKD production and after-sales issues.

Job Responsibilities

- Provide on-site technical guidance for assembly processes at overseas motorcycle CKD plants, standardize production workflows and control mass production quality.
- Detect quality anomalies related to spare parts and assembly during production, formulate rectification plans and prevent mass defective products.
- Liaise with local importers and distributors, troubleshoot end-user after-sales failures and quality complaints, and ensure full closure of all issues.
- Communicate with Chinese domestic technical and business teams in English to synchronize on-site problems, rectification plans and market feedback.




- Compile quality failure cases regularly and submit analytical reports to support product upgrading and process optimization in China.

Job Requirements

- College diploma or above, majored in mechanical disciplines; majors in vehicle/automotive engineering are preferred.
- Practical working experience in the machinery industry; candidates with experience in complete motorcycle manufacturing and CKD production / after-sales service are highly preferred.
- Fluent English in listening, speaking, reading and writing; capable of independent cross-border technical communication and document coordination.
- Able to work overseas on a long-term basis and accept short-term cross-border business trips; strong hands-on skills with proficiency in fault analysis and problem resolution.
