Role Overview: We are seeking a creative, self-driven Lead Editor to translate technical concepts, data narratives, and brand stories into clear, compelling visual narratives.

In this role, you will serve as a central motion design resource—fielding and triaging incoming requests from internal stakeholders across C-Suite, Business Development, and Marketing.



You will take ownership of the full motion design workflow: interpreting brief materials, balancing incoming requests with proactive conceptual work, and turning abstract ideas into dynamic visual narratives that align with our brand identity. You won't just be executing storyboards; you will be an active partner in shaping how our stories are visually told.

This is a fully remote, global role. We operate on an async-first model, meaning your location and time zone do not matter—you are free to work whenever you are most productive. The only scheduling requirement is the flexibility to attend a couple of fixed weekly team syncs and occasional ad-hoc project alignment meetings, as well as the agility to handle occasional short, time-sensitive project turnarounds.
