The Role
As a Talent Acquisition Partner at BRIGHTSCOUT, you own full-cycle recruitment across the agency, from sourcing and screening through offer and close. You report to the People Manager and partner closely with department leads to understand hiring needs, deliver a strong candidate experience, and keep every open role moving.
Think of this role as recruiting strategy in motion: you put the hiring process into practice day to day, and you're the first to notice what's working and what isn't, so the process keeps improving over time.

Responsibilities

Full-Cycle Recruitment
- Manage the end-to-end hiring process for open roles: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating and negotiate offers.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, define candidate profiles, and set interview plans.
- Keep the ATS (e.g., Rippling) accurate and current: candidate records, statuses, and role postings.
- Flag process bottlenecks and suggest improvements to sourcing, screening, or interview workflows.

Sourcing & Employer Branding




- Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and direct outreach, with a focus on design and engineering talent.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for recurring or hard-to-fill roles.
- Help maintain BRIGHTSCOUT's presence and reputation as an employer across recruiting channels.

Candidate Experience
- Own scheduling and logistics for interviews, ensuring a smooth, professional experience for every candidate.
- Gather and relay structured feedback from interviewers to keep hiring decisions fast and well-informed.
- Represent BRIGHTSCOUT's culture and values throughout the candidate journey.3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, in-house or agency.

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, in-house or agency.
- Proven ability to source and screen candidates across multiple channels; experience recruiting for design or engineering roles is a plus.
