What you'll do
- Build and run weekly content calendars
- Develop concepts, themes and creative direction
- Brief creators on what to shoot each week
- Track what performs and adjust the plan
- Keep output consistent across platforms
What we're looking for
- Strong instinct for short-form social content, especially TikTok and Instagram
- Experience planning content at volume
- Clear communicator — you'll brief creators directly
- Organised enough to run several creators at once
- High quality english writing and speaking
