Retail Account Coordinator

Location: Remote

Schedule: 1 P M - 5 PM Monday to Friday

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Retail Account Coordinator to manage and nurture retail and grocery store prospects after initial outreach by our SDR team. This role is responsible for maintaining strong customer relationships, coordinating samples and orders, and ensuring a seamless experience from first contact through ongoing account support.

Key Responsibilities

- Serve as the main point of contact for retail buyers and store representatives.
- Conduct consistent follow-ups to keep prospects engaged throughout the sales process.
- Gather key account information, including buyer contacts, store locations, product interests, order volumes, delivery preferences, and purchasing procedures.
- Coordinate product sample requests and follow up to collect feedback.
- Collect and process purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Coordinate deliveries with operations, distributors, and shipping partners.




- Track orders and communicate shipment and delivery updates to customers.
- Maintain detailed CRM records and follow-up schedules.
- Build long-term relationships with accounts and support reorder opportunities.
- Provide regular updates on prospect activity, orders, shipments, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

- 2+ years of experience in Account Management, Sales Support, Customer Success, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Experience managing multiple accounts and follow-up activities simultaneously.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Experience in retail, grocery, food & beverage, or consumer products is a plus.
