About the Role

We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Freelance Graphic Designer to help evolve our visual identity across digital and print. You'll work on social media graphics, email designs, paid ad creative, product packaging, and branded merch. A strong grasp of Gen Z beauty, fashion, and digital culture is essential.

Expected contribution is 12-15 hours/week, and the compensation quoted is per month. You will have the opportunity to expand into a full-time position or longer-term contract upon a progress review at the end of the first month.

Responsibilities

- Design digital assets including social media graphics, promotional banners, paid ads, and email templates
- Design print and packaging for our product lines and physical merch
- Keep campaign visuals cohesive across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, email, and web




- Use AI image tools to generate model and lifestyle imagery when needed
- Collaborate with marketers, content creators, and brand founders on visual direction
- Contribute fresh, Gen Z-aligned design ideas and surface trends you're seeing on social

Requirements

- Proven experience in graphic design, preferably in beauty, fashion, or DTC ecommerce
- Fluency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator), Canva and Capcut
- Proficiency with Higgsfield, Nano Banana, GPT Image, Claude Design, Kling and/or other AI design tools.
- Comfort designing for both digital and print/packaging
- Experience with Klaviyo/Omnisend, and other Shopify app ecosystem tools is a plus
- A strong portfolio that includes work for beauty or fashion brands
- Responsive on Slack during your working hours (within 20 hours) and quick to implement feedback
- Strict adherence to deadlines
- Proactive with status updates and flagging of capacity issues at the time of assignment.
