Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Reward Specialist to support the delivery of compensation, benefits, reward processes, and analytics across countries within the Americas time zone. This role plays a key part in ensuring reward activities are delivered accurately, on time, and in line with legal requirements, internal policies, and governance standards.

You will collaborate with regional and integral stakeholders, HR teams,



and business partners to operationalize global reward initiatives while supporting local market needs across a diverse group of countries and business environments. The role requires strong analytical skills, sound judgment, and the ability to effectively navigate complexity while maintaining a high level of confidentiality and compliance.

This is an individual contributor role reporting to the Manager, Reward Services Americas. It is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a challenging and dynamic environment, brings a continuous improvement mindset, and can combine technical reward expertise with a consultative approach to influence and support decision-making at different levels of the organization.
