We are seeking an imaginative and highly organized Events and Marketing Manager dedicated to curating unforgettable event experiences and driving the targeted marketing campaigns that make them successful.

In this role, your focus will be mostly event-driven. You will serve as the primary liaison for venues and sponsors, brainstorm creative event concepts, and management of event guest lists. From a marketing perspective, you will own the end-to-end promotional strategy for each event—crafting compelling pre-event campaigns to drive attendance and executing post-event follow-ups to maintain engagement. Additionally, you will take sole ownership of curating and distributing the company newsletter.

The adecuado candidate is a relationship-builder and logistical expert who knows how to hype up an event, deliver a flawless on-site experience, and keep the audience engaged long after the doors close.

Key ResponsibilitiesEvent Curation & Vendor Relations

- Creative Ideation: Brainstorm and curate unique, creative event concepts, themes, and activations that leave a lasting impression on attendees and align with our brand identity.
- Venue & Sponsor Relations: Act as the lead point of contact for external partners. Negotiate with and manage venues, secure and coordinate with event sponsors, and build long-term relationships with key vendors.
- Guest List Management: Oversee the end-to-end invitation process. Meticulously manage guest lists, VIP RSVPs, seating charts, and check-in experiences to ensure target audiences are present and well-catered to.
- On-Site Leadership: Direct all day-of event logistics, managing staff, resolving real-time challenges, and guaranteeing a flawless experience from load-in to load-out.

Pre- and Post-Event Marketing
- Pre-Event Promotion: Develop and execute comprehensive pre-event marketing plans. Write and deploy email invitations, design landing pages, and create targeted promotional assets to drive ticket sales, RSVPs, and excitement.
- Post-Event Engagement: Drive post-event marketing efforts, including thank-you campaigns, highlight recaps, content distribution, and attendee feedback surveys to nurture leads and maintain momentum.
- Asset Coordination: Collaborate with the design team to ensure all event-specific collateral such as signage, presentations, digital graphics, and promotional swag is on-brand and delivered on time.

Newsletter Management
- Newsletter Management: Copywriting, creation, and distribution of the regular company newsletter.
- Content Curation: Edit and post upcoming event teasers, post-event highlights, sponsor spotlights, and key updates into the newsletter to keep our audience highly engaged.

Strategy, Analytics & Reporting
- Performance Tracking: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) strictly related to your domain: event registration, attendance drop-off rates, sponsor ROI, and newsletter open/click-through rates.
- Post-Event Analysis: Conduct thorough debriefs after every event,

analyzing data and qualitative feedback to measure success and identify areas for future optimization.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: 3–5 years of proven experience in event planning, event management, communications, and event-specific marketing, with a strong focus on venue negotiation, sponsor relations, and guest list curation.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Hospitality, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field is ideal, but experience is more important.
- Platform Proficiency:
- Event and guest list management software (e.g., Luma , Partiful).
- Email marketing and newsletter platforms (e.g., Brevo, Substack).
- CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) to track event leads and target accounts.
- AI Tools: Strong working knowledge of generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Jasper, Canva AI) to accelerate copywriting, brainstorming, and marketing workflows.
- Language & Communication: Full fluency in English is required. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft persuasive event invitations, exciting promotional copy, and engaging newsletters.
- Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional relationship-building and negotiation skills; confident communicating with high-level sponsors, VIP guests, and premium venues.
- Copywriting Skills: Strong writing abilities specifically geared toward persuasive event invitations, exciting promotional copy, and engaging newsletters.
