Influencer Hero is looking for a technically-minded Integration Consultant to lead our clients through the onboarding and implementation process of our influencer marketing software.

You will play a key role in ensuring a smooth and effective experience for new users—from initial setup to technical integration and optimization. This role requires a strong ability to understand e-commerce technology, communicate clearly, and think critically to solve challenges and maximize client success.

Compensation range: USD 3-6K

What You'll Do

- Manage the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring timely and effective implementation
- Conduct platform walkthroughs and technical onboarding sessions tailored to each client’s needs
- Provide advice & consultation on clients’ influencer marketing strategy & implementation
- Identify integration requirements, provide configuration guidance, and ensure successful deployment
- Respond to client inquiries via Intercom chat, ensuring quick and accurate resolution of technical questions
- Collaborate with our development team to troubleshoot issues, report bugs, and provide feedback for continuous improvement
- Create and improve internal documentation and implementation workflows to enhance the client experience

What We're Looking For





- 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing role involving technical onboarding or implementation
- English fluency (oral and written)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly grasp how systems work
- Excellent communication skills—you’re clear, confident, and articulate
- Highly organized and capable of managing multiple implementation timelines simultaneously
- Tech-savvy and able to understand eCommerce workflows, integrations, and troubleshooting across common tools (Shopify, Klaviyo etc.)
- Able to translate technical concepts into clear customer-facing guidance (eCommerce stack, integrations, data flows, and process setup)
- A proactive team player who takes initiative and enjoys working cross-functionally
