We’re looking for a passionate and proactive Delivery Manager to join our growing team at HTD Health If you thrive on driving complex IT projects, leading high-performing teams, and building strong client relationships while shaping our organization, this role is for you.
About The Role
As a Delivery Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, overseeing three key areas:
• Project Delivery: Collaborate closely with clients to ensure projects progress smoothly, are delivered on time, and stay within budget. You’ll drive the end-to-end delivery of multiple complex projects, from discovery to release and maintenance, ensuring high-quality outcomes and adherence to governance standards.
• Team & Business Leadership: Foster a motivated, engaged, and high-performing team by inspiring individuals, removing obstacles, and providing the necessary tools and resources. You’ll communicate business decisions and organizational changes effectively, actively shaping team dynamics and contributing to the organization’s growth.
• Individual Development:
Work 1-on-1 with team members to support their growth, provide constructive feedback, and enhance their performance, aligning their development with organizational goals.
What We Need From You
We seek a hands-on leader who is proactive, business-oriented, and passionate about both people and product delivery. Specifically, we need someone with:
• Proven experience in IT project management and delivering complex projects in the IT industry, with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
• Strong background in managing IT teams with a minimum of 5 years of experience in leading teams and fostering their performance, motivation, and engagement.
• Expertise in people management, including conducting 1-on-1s, providing feedback, and supporting career development.
• A hands-on approach—someone who can delegate effectively but isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves and dive into tasks when needed.
• Experience as a Prod
