We are looking for a dynamic Recruiter to join our team in Argentina As a key member of our recruitment function, you’ll manage the full-cycle hiring process, ensuring an exceptional experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

Responsibilities:
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned roles
• Source, screen, and shortlist top candidates using varied channels
• Conduct in-depth interviews to assess technical skills and culture fit
• Coordinate interview logistics with hiring managers, maintaining clear and timely communication
• Provide regular updates on hiring progress and candidate pipelines
• Extend offers and support candidates through hiring and onboarding
• Maintain accurate records in the ATS and ensure process compliance
• Build and nurture strong relationships with both candidates and stakeholders
• Collaborate with the team to enhance recruitment strategies and workflows

Adecuado Profile:




• 1+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience (U.S. hiring experience is a plus)
• Skilled in sourcing, interviewing, and candidate evaluation
• Experience with ATS and sourcing tools
• Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
• Proven ability to fill multiple roles independently and meet deadlines
• Experience in high-volume recruitment and knowledge of behavioral interviewing are highly desirable
