Job Responsibilities
• Own the retention strategy across Shapermint and Truekind, leading Email, SMS, Push Notifications, and WhatsApp.





• Design the end-to-end returning customer journey, from Welcome and transactional flows to Winback and Sunset strategies.

• Build an integrated multi-channel strategy that increases engagement and repurchase while reducing channel overlap, fatigue, and unsubscribes.

• Define quarterly OKRs and retention roadmaps, identifying and prioritizing the initiatives with the greatest business impact.

• Own retention performance, including revenue, conversion, repurchase, and LTV/CAC, turning data into clear opportunities and actions.

• Lead experimentation and optimization, using customer behavior, testing, and competitor insights to continuously improve retention performance.

• Drive cross-functional execution with Data Science, Creative, IT, Growth, and other teams, removing blockers and ensuring high-quality delivery.
