We don't need another editor. We need the one editor's call when they're stuck.

Think Branded Media makes branded films, commercials, customer testimonials, and always-on content for mid-market to Fortune 500 brands. Everything happens in-house: edit, motion, color, sound, music. The work has to look great and perform.

We're looking for a Swiss Army knife. Motion graphics is your home base, but you can cut a 90-second brand film on Monday, animate a data-heavy explainer on Wednesday, and turn 40 hours of interview footage into a social series by Friday. You don't have one lane. You have range, taste, and speed, and you know when each one matters most.

This isn't a volume hire. We're after one excellent person. You can work from anywhere, but the bar stays the same.

What you'll do
• Design and animate motion graphics, titles, lower thirds, kinetic type, and explainer sequences that make complex ideas simple
• Cut everything: brand films, customer testimonials, event recaps, social cutdowns, interview-driven stories
• Turn raw footage into story. Find the moment, build the arc,



and make the client feel something
• Build templates and systems so our always-on content scales without looking templated
• Work with our post supervisor, editors, and producers across time zones, and push the work past "approved" to "great"

What you bring
• 5+ years editing and animating professionally, with a reel that proves it
• Expert level in After Effects and DaVinci Resolve or Premiere Pro. Cinema 4D, Blender, or Figma are a plus
• Strong design fundamentals: typography, layout, pacing, color
• A storyteller's instinct. You know what to cut, not just how
• Speed without sloppiness. You can hit a tight turnaround and still sweat the details
• Comfort taking notes from clients and teammates without taking it personally

• You're self-directed. Nobody's looking over your shoulder, and you don't need anyone to.
• You're a strong async communicator: clear updates
