ABOUT THE ROLE

GrowthMasters is hiring a dedicated, hands-on content creator and video producer for a fast-growing AI company serving the US home-care industry. You will turn customer stories, interviews, podcasts, product footage, founder ideas, and industry moments into video people genuinely want to watch.
This is not a role for someone who only builds content calendars, manages agencies, or hands briefs to an editor. You will personally shape stories and produce polished work: short-form videos and reels, customer case studies, UGC, YouTube content, product and founder videos, and fast-turn campaign or announcement assets.
The goal is to build a repeatable video engine across platforms—especially YouTube—without sacrificing quality, credibility, or judgment. We want a high volume of strong work, not AI slop.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN





• Partner directly with company leadership to turn a long idea backlog into an organized, prioritized production pipeline.
• Create high volumes of short-form video for YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and paid-social reuse.
• Produce compelling customer case-study and testimonial videos focused on measurable results, memorable operational stories, trust, and why customers chose the company.
• Turn interviews, podcasts, customer conversations, demos, and event footage into platform-specific clips with strong hooks and clear narratives.
• Develop authentic UGC concepts for agency owners, operators, schedulers, caregivers, patients, and families.
• Create founder-led, product-demo, partnership-announcement, campaign, and event content on short timelines.
• Own editing from raw footage to publish-ready asset: structure, pacing, captions, graphics, music, sound, color correction, lighting improvements, B-roll,
