DSP Ad Operations and Trafficking Specialist
AdLib is looking for a DSP Ad Operations and Trafficking Specialist to support our brand and agency partners by ensuring flawless campaign setup, trafficking, QA, and delivery execution across multiple programmatic platforms. This role is idóneo for someone with hands-on experience implementing and maintaining campaigns across DSPs such as BeesWax, Yahoo, Amazon, The Trade Desk, DV360, Moloco, and similar platforms.

Please note: this role requires weekend hours. This position is scheduled for weekend coverage to handle weekend launches and changes, and resolve urgent issues. Weekday hours flex to maintain a normal full-time load. Please apply only if regular weekend work fits your availability.

What You'll Be Doing
• Execute end-to-end trafficking and setup across multiple DSPs, including QA and launch readiness.
• Manage pacing and delivery to ensure budgets and flight dates remain on track.
• Perform detailed QA across targeting, creatives, tracking, and measurement prior to launch.
• Troubleshoot and resolve delivery issues,



tracking errors, creative rejections, and platform-level discrepancies.
• Provide scheduled weekend coverage for live campaigns, including launches, delivery checks, and urgent partner requests.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure campaigns are implemented correctly and on time.
• Maintain accurate documentation, naming conventions, and operational workflows across platforms.
• Support reporting needs by ensuring campaign data is consistent and properly structured.
• Stay up to date on DSP requirements, ad operations best practices, and evolving programmatic standards.

What You Bring
• 2+ years of experience in ad operations, trafficking, or execution across multiple DSPs (BeesWax, Yahoo, Amazon, The Trade Desk, DV360, Moloco, etc.).
• Availability to work a schedule that includes regular weekend hours (required).
