The Opportunity
Monitor and coordinate payroll and social security initiatives/projects by getting involved & working with key business partners in order to achieve successful results within a given project schedule,



support the knowledge transfer & internal projects development by designing and implementing best practices. Design / implement, monitor and report Payroll & SS AOP and FCST to stakeholders

Responsibilities

Your Impact
• Collaborate within large, transformative, initiatives/projects that impact multiple business services
• Support process optimization through small-to-medium automations
• Support the planning, execution and closing of projects; Set the automation and productivity agenda
• Closely monitor project progress and ensure timely completion
• Support the risks identification that impact a project and the risk response plan for the resolution.
• Support the communication of status and issues to stakeholders in a timely manner
• Prepare and report project status on regular basis, including metrics needed for various stakeholders
• Monitoring of the AOP, Investment, and Project Benefits
• Design / implement, monitor and report Payroll & SS AOP and
