Location: Argentina (remote, full US workweek, approximately 8am–5/6pm Central Time)
Engagement: Full-time contract (approximately 40 hours/week)
Compensation: $2,500–$3,000 USD/month

ABOUT THE ROLE

GrowthMasters is a growth agency for elite US companies. You will be the senior paid-media owner on one to two flagship accounts across real estate and service industries.

This is not a campaign-manager seat. You will operate as the account's de facto marketing director: set strategy, build, run, and report across multiple funnels; direct creative; coordinate client approvals and external partners; and own pipeline outcomes.

You will lead a lean pod that includes an account/content lead, an on-site client coordinator, and our AI production pipeline—giving you the leverage of a much larger team while keeping you close to execution.

WHO THIS ROLE IS FOR

We are deliberately hiring senior. Strong candidates typically have:

• 5–10 years in paid media, with most of it hands-on in Meta Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.




• Agency experience—either running your own agency or owning major client accounts as a Director or Head of Paid.
• Experience acquiring customers for brands without established awareness or demand.
• Direct ownership of CPL, CAC, qualified pipeline, and weekly reporting to founders or CMOs.
• Experience managing meaningful budgets of $50K+/month across multiple accounts or funnels.
• Direct client-management experience: presenting to executives, running approval cycles, and coordinating internal teams and outside vendors.
• Deep fluency in Meta, including special ad categories such as housing.
• Deep fluency in Google Ads across Search, Performance Max, and Display.
• Strong working knowledge of LinkedIn Ads, matched audiences, lead-gen forms, and ABM lists.
• An AI-first working style—you use AI to analyze data, generate creative and copy variations, automate workflows, and help a small team out-produce a large one.
