About the Role

We are hiring an Operations Manager to work directly with the CEO and coordinate the execution of the business.

The CEO will define the main objectives and priorities. Your responsibility will be to turn those objectives into clear plans, actions, owners, deadlines, and measurable results.

You will manage approximately 5 direct reports, with some of them supervising additional team members.

This is not a role focused on creating unnecessary processes or bureaucracy. Our SOPs and quarterly plan are already established.

We are looking for someone who can understand the business quickly, organize execution, supervise multiple people and projects at the same time, and make sure things actually get done.

Responsibilities

➢ Translate CEO objectives into clear operational plans and tasks.

➢ Assign responsibilities, deadlines, and expected outcomes across the team.

➢ Manage and supervise approximately 5 direct reports.

➢ Track execution and follow up consistently to ensure priorities stay on schedule.

➢ Establish and monitor KPIs across the areas under your responsibility.

➢ Identify blockers, delays, and operational problems before they affect results.





➢ Coordinate projects involving multiple departments.

➢ Ensure existing SOPs and processes are followed correctly.

➢ Adapt priorities and plans quickly when business needs change.

➢ Keep the CEO informed about progress, risks, and important operational issues.

➢ Previous experience in operations, ecommerce, project management, or team management is highly valued.

➢ Fluent written and spoken English, minimum B2 level.
