Their approach is AI-first and data-driven, combining paid media, creative production and advanced measurement (server-side tracking, MMPs, full-funnel attribution) into one growth system.

About the role

We're looking for a Performance Team Lead to own a portfolio of client accounts and lead a small execution team (media buyer + multimedia designer), with support from the BI and tech teams. You'll be the main point of contact for your clients and the link between your team and leadership.

The role balances three areas with similar weight: client management, team organization, and performance expertise. It's a hands-on leadership position: you don't need to execute every campaign, but you should know execution well enough to audit it and step in when needed.

You'll report to the COO and currently manage 3 client accounts, with room for your team and portfolio to grow.

What you'll do

Account management

- Be the main point of contact for your clients: lead meetings, present reports and drive strategic conversations, often in English.

- Understand each client's business goals (CAC, CPA, FTD, LTV, retention, cost per active customer) and translate them into media plans.

- Spot growth opportunities that benefit both the client and the company.

- Anticipate issues and manage conflicts before they escalate.

Team leadership

- Organize, prioritize and assign tasks, making sure deliverables are on time and meet quality standards.

- Give feedback and identify training needs.

- Audit execution: campaign structures, targeting,



budgets and tracking.

Strategy and performance

- Define and oversee full-funnel acquisition strategies across Meta, Google, TikTok and other channels.

- Validate measurement: understand how MMPs (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch or similar), events and attribution work, and how to analyze them. Technical setup is handled by the BI team.

- Understand how conversion signals and event quality impact algorithm optimization.

- Analyze data and present clear conclusions and recommendations to clients, telling the story behind the numbers.

- Stay up to date with platform changes and bring AI tools and automations into the team's workflow.

What we're looking for

Must-haves

- 5+ years in digital acquisition / performance marketing.

- Experience managing your own accounts.

- Hands-on experience implementing campaigns on paid media platforms.

- Experience running app campaigns.

- Client-facing experience (account manager, consultant, or agency lead role).

- Experience leading a team or owning client relationships.

- Professional English and Spanish.

- Previous remote work experience.

- A strong sense of ownership, self-management and genuine interest in the digital media ecosystem.

Nice-to-haves

- Experience in fintech, banking or financial apps (highly valued).

- Experience with MMPs (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch, Singular). Highly valued.

- Experience in SaaS or other app verticals.

- Meta, Google Ads or TikTok certifications.

- Apple Search Ads, programmatic or other channels.

- Reporting skills: Looker Studio, GA4, advanced Excel/Sheets.
