Role Summary

The Quality Technical Manager leads the quality management system for the San Luis Plant and provides strategic quality support for the Cono Sur region, ensuring full alignment with global Colgate-Palmolive quality standards and local regulatory requirements. The position is pivotal in driving continuous improvement, executing process and equipment validations, and spearheading the plant's automation and digital transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

- Quality System &
- Regulatory Management: Direct and manage the plant quality system in San Luis to ensure strict adherence to general quality standards and full compliance with local regulatory frameworks (ANMAT, INV, SEDRONAR, MSyAS of San Luis, and related bodies).

- Functional Leadership &

- Resource Management: Coordinate and allocate resources for the execution of key operational activities across Quality Assurance, Quality Engineering, Regulatory Affairs, and the Analytical, Microbiology, and Packaging Laboratories while ensuring EHS compliance.

- Continuous Improvement, Audits &

- Documentation: Lead the planning, implementation, and execution of continuous improvement initiatives, manage document control systems and product/material specifications, and oversee internal/external audit programs including corrective action tracking.





- Process Validation &

- Digitalization: Ensure robust validation of production/utility processes and equipment, while driving the implementation of automation and digital transformation programs for the quality organization.

- Stakeholder Engagement &

- Regional Support: Serve as the primary quality point of contact for Technology Centers, Regional/General Quality teams, Customer Service, and Regulatory functions, while serving as the quality point of contact and support for the Cono Sur region.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Microbiology, Biochemistry, or related field

- 6 years of experience in Quality Systems, Quality Assurance, or Quality Control within CPG, Pharmaceutical, or Cosmetics industry

- 4 years of direct people management and laboratory leadership experience (Analytical, Microbiology, or Packaging)

- Demonstrated expertise in local regulatory standards (ANMAT, SEDRONAR, INV, etc.)

- Advanced proficiency in English (spoken and written)

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in SAP
