As a Jr. Manager, Marketing Strategy, your role is crucial in driving the success of our clients' releases through innovative marketing plans and strategies, and data-driven campaigns. You will serve as a key point of contact, keeping labels and artists ahead of industry trends, platform tools, and audience engagement with plans and best practices.



Owning and nurturing strong relationships with clients and internal teams is essential to creating impactful activations, building fanbases, and achieving overall release objectives.

What you'll do:

• Serve as the marketing point of contact for labels and artists leading discussions around marketing strategies, campaign planning, data collection, and ongoing performance evaluation.

• Conceptualize and execute creative marketing campaigns in order to remain at the forefront of marketing and audience development.

• Oversee and manage marketing campaigns for high-priority releases, focusing on specific artist and label initiatives within a given team. Drive informed decisions based on data and performance metrics.

• Analyze the impact of campaigns and the value of various fan and audience segments, identifying trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities to optimize both pre- and post-release st
