LearnTastic is looking for an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Sales Support Specialist to support our Sales team in managing leads, customer accounts, sales operations, and administrative activities. The adecuado candidate will help ensure that sales processes run efficiently while maintaining a high standard of customer service, data accuracy, and revenue support.
The Sales Support Specialist will work closely with sales representatives, account managers, and internal teams to coordinate customer requests, track sales activities, support upselling opportunities, prepare reports, process orders, and contribute to the overall performance of the Sales team. This role also requires the ability to support and coordinate team activities, maintain strong follow-up practices, and help drive a consistent customer and sales experience.
Responsibilities
• Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the Sales team.

• Respond to customer inquiries through email, phone, and other communication channels in a timely and professional manner.

• Schedule customer meetings,



sales appointments, demonstrations, and conferences.

• Track and maintain sales leads, opportunities, customer accounts, and sales activities.

• Coordinate lead distribution and follow-up activities with sales representatives.

• Support sales representatives and account managers in identifying customer needs and relevant upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

• Follow up with existing customers regarding additional products, services, upgrades, or solutions where appropriate.

• Compile daily and periodic sales reports, performance metrics, and sales data.

• Monitor sales performance indicators and assist in identifying trends, gaps, and opportunities.

• Support account managers and sales representatives with customer follow-ups, quotations, proposals, upselling opportunities, and sales documentation.

• Create and process customer orders accurately and within required timelines.
