Football players play a fundamental role in the brand´s strategy. As a brand it is our objective to secure the best player portfolio possible that can represent and communicate our products to the consumer. Adidas has always been associated with the best symbols and provides the best service. The brand of choice by professionals. As a Sr. Scouting Specialist Football Players, your responsibility is to identify the countries´ talents at the earliest age possible and to include them into the brands football portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identification, planning and flawless execution of the scouting attack plan according to defined SPOMA Football Players Scouting KPI´s




- To become a key contact in the world of Young players by providing excellence of servicing and product supply.
- Negotiation, contracting and execution of player contracts, according to and fully compliant with internal sports marketing and legal/financial guidelines.
- Day to day management of all scouting relations of our portfolio. Execute contract rights properly to strengthen our connections and build more reliable relations - Securing high level and fast assets service
- Develop powerful relationships with agents, and all other important stakeholders in the world of scouting / football, to increase the probability to recognize, scout and sign the best talents of the country of each age category.
- Create an open relationship between the three football pillars within the company – SPOMA, Football BU and Brand Communications.
- To attend national and international Youth events and use them as a platfor
