About the Role:

The Facilities Director (Semiconductor Manufacturing) will lead facilities and engineering operations supporting multiple manufacturing sites. The role is responsible for ensuring reliable plant infrastructure, utilities, engineering systems, compliance, capital projects,



and facilities execution to support production continuity, capacity expansion, and long-term manufacturing growth.

This role will oversee a facilities and engineering organization of at least 30 employees, including 3 Managers as direct reports, and will work closely with Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, EHS, Finance, and site leadership.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead facilities and engineering operations across manufacturing sites in CALABARZON, ensuring infrastructure reliability and continuous production support.
- Manage and develop a facilities and engineering organization of at least 30 employees, including three direct-report Managers and their respective technical teams.
- Provide technical leadership across electrical, mechanical, utilities, building systems, equipment support infrastructure, and other critical manufacturing systems.
