About You

The ITAD Operations Associate will own the financial side of our IT Asset Disposition program,



a small, fast-moving team responsible for what happens to hardware at the end of its life, and for the money that comes back when it's resold or recycled. You'll own the final word on whether a settlement is right. Half of that is investigative: a deposit that doesn't match any invoice, a partner file that's quietly missing a hundred devices, revenue a vendor earned months ago that never reached our books. You find it, you prove it, you close it. Increasingly, you won't do that hunting alone. We're building AI agents that work these queues inside ITAD OS, our internal operations platform, pulling partner files apart, matching deposits against revenue, flagging the rows that look wrong, and we're putting the best AI tooling available into this team's hands as fast as it ships.
