Responsibilities
- Own the architecture and technical roadmap for scalable, secure, and highly available AWS infrastructure supporting OTP services
- Lead the automation strategy for deployment, monitoring, and management of .NET applications in Windows environments
- Define standards and best practices for CI/CD pipelines across .NET applications using tools such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to DevOps engineers, conducting code reviews, design reviews, and knowledge-sharing sessions
- Collaborate with engineering, QA, security,



and product leadership to align infrastructure strategy with business goals and ensure seamless delivery of OTP solutions
- Establish observability, SLO/SLI frameworks, and incident management practices to ensure OTP services remain highly available and reliable
- Drive the adoption and governance of infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools like AWS CloudFormation, Terraform, or similar
- Oversee Windows server fleet management, including configuration, patching, hardening, and lifecycle strategy
- Champion compliance with security best practices and regulatory requirements for authentication systems, and lead audits and remediation efforts
- Establish and maintain documentation standards for infrastructure, deployment processes, and operational procedures
- Lead on-call rotations, post-incident reviews, and continuous improvement of production systems and processes
