Babio is building an AI employee for home service companies. We help contractors generate leads, create quotes, follow up with customers, and book appointments across trades like HVAC, roofing, electrical, solar, and insulation.

We’re looking for someone who likes picking up the phone. You’ll work closely with our Sales Director and Account Executives to find the right companies, start conversations, and book qualified meetings. You’ll hear how deals move from first call to close, join sales conversations, and learn to close deals yourself.

What you’ll do

- Make outbound calls every day using a power dialer. This is a core part of the job.
- Research home service companies and use AI tools to find the right people and make your outreach relevant.
- Follow up by phone, email, and LinkedIn until you get a clear answer.
- Qualify interested prospects and book meetings for the sales team.
- Work alongside the Sales Director and Account Executives on active deals, from discovery through close.




- Take ownership of selected inbound opportunities and close them when you’re ready.
- Keep your CRM up to date so the team knows where every conversation stands.

You’d be a good fit if you

- Have outbound B2B sales experience and are comfortable making a high volume of cold calls.
- Speak and write English at a native or near-native level.
- Can hold a natural conversation with business owners and marketing leaders.
- Follow through, handle rejection well, and care whether the meetings you book actually happen.
- Have used a CRM, dialer, and prospecting tools.
- Want to become a closer, not just book meetings forever.

Experience in software sales or home services is a plus.
