Sales Development Representative (SDR) Opportunity Are you driven by sales, prospecting, and building new business opportunities? We're looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help generate and qualify new sales opportunities through outbound outreach and lead engagement.

What You'll Do - Generate and qualify new sales opportunities through outbound prospecting

- Build outreach campaigns and connect with key decision-makers via phone and email
- Schedule qualified conversations for internal business consultants
- Identify, nurture, and develop sales opportunities within the pipeline
- Maintain engagement with leads through strategic follow-up communications
- Conduct research to identify idóneo customer profiles and market opportunities
- Track and update prospect activity, pipeline status, and customer information within the CRM
- Collaborate with experienced sales professionals while developing your own sales skills
- Meet activity and performance metrics, including calls, appointments, profiled accounts,



and qualified opportunities What We're Looking For - Minimum of 6 months of business development or related sales experience
- Experience using CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Understanding of outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and pipeline generation
- Ability to work successfully in a KPI-driven environment
- Strong organization, time management, and multitasking abilities
