? We're hiring: Salesforce QA Engineer | Copado AI Testing Specialist
At Hikko we're looking for a Salesforce QA Engineer to join a modern, AI-assisted QA environment, ensuring stability and quality across multi-org enterprise Salesforce ecosystems in the financial services space.
What you'll do
? Define test plans, test cases and strategies to ensure coverage of core functionalities
? Run manual and automated tests on Apex, LWC, Flows, APIs and integrations, validating functionality, security and performance
? Use Copado AI to generate test cases, scripts and regression coverage
? Develop and maintain automated UI and API tests integrated with CI/CD pipelines
? Document test results and report defects with clear, reproducible steps
? Work closely with Developers and Business Analysts to improve quality from early stages
? Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and best practices
? Safeguard information, access and tools in line with security and compliance policies
What you bring
✅ 4+ years in QA, with 3+ years in Salesforce testing
✅ Hands-on experience with automation tools (Copado, Provar, Selenium or similar)
✅ Ability to validate SOQL results, debug logs and platform events
✅ Comfortable using AI tools for test generation and defect analysis
✅ Strong written communication
Nice to have: experience in lending or regulated environments, REST/SOAP testing, CI/CD and Git, and Salesforce certifications (Admin, App Builder or Testing Tools).
