About the role:
Lead Talent Acquisition for Brazil, CCA & SC, ensuring the attraction, selection and hiring of top talent aligned with business priorities while delivering quality, efficiency and a strong candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute the market TA strategy aligned with regional and global frameworks.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, selection, employer branding and early careers.
• Partner with business leaders, P&C; and Finance on workforce planning and hiring priorities.
• Drive adoption of general TA processes, tools and best practices.
• Lead recruiters and RPO partners to deliver hiring plans and TA objectives.
• Monitor KPIs across quality, experience and efficiency metrics.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and manage TA budgets.

People Leadership:
• Lead, coach and develop TA team members.




• Manage capacity planning and resource allocation.
• Drive engagement, performance and talent development.

Stakeholder Management:
• Act as the primary TA partner for senior stakeholders.
• Influence hiring managers on recruitment strategy and decisions.
• Collaborate with regional and global TA teams.

Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business or related field.
• 7+ years' Talent Acquisition experience.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Experience leading TA teams and RPO partners, preferably in field force recruitment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
