About the role

Kingbee is looking for a Customer Experience Agent to join our fast-growing team in Buenos Aires. You’ll be a key part of our customer-facing operations, delivering outstanding service and helping us build long-lasting relationships with our users.

What you’ll do:
- Provide exceptional support to customers across calls, email, live chat, and support tickets.
- Troubleshoot issues and guide customers to timely, effective solutions, ensuring a positive experience at every touchpoint.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Operations, Fleet) to resolve complex cases and improve internal processes.
- Identify recurring customer pain points and contribute insights to enhance service quality.
- Help strengthen Kingbee’s reputation for reliability and excellence every day.

What we’re looking for:
- Strong communication skills in English and Spanish, both written and verbal.
- Empathy, patience, and a customer-first mindset aligned with Kingbee’s values.




- Ability to work independently and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with customer support platforms is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service, SaaS, e-commerce, or tech support roles is preferred.
