THE ROLE

This role is part of our Sales Operations and Growth team supporting the AMER region. Our team is the engine of sales excellence within DEPT®, driving sustainable growth and maximizing efficiency across commercial activities. As part of our team, you'll be immersed in a diverse, fast-paced environment, collaborating with regional VPs of Growth, Pitch Leads,



and market operators. We are the backbone of DEPT®, ensuring seamless operations, predicting resource capacity, and arming our pitch teams with the strategic intelligence they need to win.

As a Pitch Enablement Manager, you are responsible for optimizing the end-to-end pitch process and commercial workflow. In this role, you will be a proactive driver of our unified pitch pipeline and prospect intelligence. You will ensure that our markets act as a unified front, leveraging tech, data, and market research to increase our overall win rates.

You must be able to quickly build trust and rapport, ask the right questions, and bring a strategic approach to selling agency solutions. An entrepreneurial spirit with a bias for action and problem-solving is necessary to be successful in this role.
