Job Title: Virtual Assistant About the Company: Our client is a construction company in South Carolina that builds over 40 homes per year.
: This role supports construction-related tasks in the USA. You will be responsible for estimating, managing permits, and conducting research. The first 90 days will focus on learning to estimate material costs, manage permits effectively, and use AI for research.
Responsibilities of the role
- Estimate costs of materials.
- Perform other tasks related to construction in the USA.
Required Experience and Qualifications
- Good cognitive skills.
Schedule: Monday to Friday Versátil hours: 4 hours per day within 9 AM to 5 PM ET 20 hours per week Salary and Benefits:
