Exciting opportunity for a Senior Workday Developer/Architect to join our team at Kreitech! You'll design, build, and support Workday integrations and platform architecture for enterprise clients, working across technical implementation and long-term platform strategy.

Responsibilities

- Design and build Workday integrations using Studio, EIB, and Core Connectors
- Develop and maintain custom reports, calculated fields, and business process configurations
- Define integration architecture between Workday and third-party/enterprise systems
- Configure security groups, workflows, and data governance across Workday modules
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration and configuration issues
- Support tenant maintenance, testing, and release management (bi-annual updates)
- Lead client discovery sessions and present technical recommendations

Requirements:
- 5+ years of hands-on Workday experience (development and/or architecture level)
- Experience with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and/or Workday Extend




- Deep knowledge of at least one Workday module (HCM, Payroll, Financials, Recruiting)
- Understanding of Workday's security model and business process framework
- Strong English communication skills for client-facing work

Preferred:
- Workday certifications (Integrations, HCM, or module-specific Pro certifications)
- Experience with Workday Prism Analytics or Adaptive Planning
- Experience leading global or multi-country Workday rollouts
- Prior consulting background (Big 4, Workday partner, or similar)
