The Role:

TubeScience is a U.S.-based leader in data-driven video ads, partnering with top general brands. We’re hiring a highly skilled Digital Media Technician to join our remote post-production team. This is a contract role, open to candidates who want to grow their careers in a high-performance environment.

What You’ll Do

- Ingest, transcode, and organize high-volume video footage.
- Manage servers and our Media Asset Management system (Iconik).
- Package & archive Adobe Premiere Pro projects for finishing.
- Troubleshoot technical issues (sync errors, codecs, corrupted files).
- Support editors with prep work (color correction, selects, rough assemblies).
- Contribute to workflow improvements for speed and efficiency.

Role Details

- Remote
- Schedule: 9 AM – 6 PM PST (align with U.S. team)
- Technical audit required (including internet speed test)

Technical Setup (Required)

- Workstation with 32GB+ RAM (64GB preferred), dedicated GPU, and 1TB SSD.
- Color-accurate monitor + professional headphones.
- Internet: 75 Mbps down / 50 Mbps up minimum.




- Licenses for Adobe CC, DaVinci Resolve Studio, LucidLink, and Iconik provided.

Ideal Profile:

What We’re Looking For

- 5+ years in post-production (Media Manager, DIT, Post-Tech, or Assistant Editor).
- Advanced Adobe Premiere Pro & Media Encoder skills.
- Proficiency with DaVinci Resolve (transcoding/color).
- Strong knowledge of video codecs, formats, frame rates, delivery specs.
- Excellent English communication (written & spoken).
- Organized, detail-driven, proactive problem solver.

Bonus Points

- Advanced color grading (DaVinci Resolve).
- Digital advertising or performance marketing experience.
- Workflow automation/scripting/AI media tools.
- Content delivery experience for Meta (Facebook/Instagram).
